Does everything come with mounting hardware?

Yes. Each piece ships with the screws and brackets needed to fix it to the wall.

What kind of wall do I need?

Solid walls such as concrete, brick or wood are ideal. On plasterboard (drywall), screw into the studs behind it or use heavy-duty anchors rated for the weight.

Can I combine different pieces?

Yes, that is the idea. Every piece mounts independently, so you can arrange shelves, steps, bridges and beds in whatever layout fits your wall.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. See our returns policy.

If a piece isn't right for your cat, you have 30 days from delivery to send unused items back. If anything arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund you.
